The Silence Ranch

DETAILS

The 700’ stretch of river that bi-sects the property has many unique geologic features that hold browns and rainbows year-round.

There is one feature in particular that makes this location so spectacular. A long rock shelf protrudes diagonally across the river creating a wonderful little waterfall that feeds into a long hole with fish waiting for stoneflies and caddis. This section is also stocked regularly and occasionally fished by the neighbor…who typically catches 15-20 fish in a matter of a couple hours.

In addition to a recently constructed main home, the Silence’s have resided here since 2005 in a log cabin which dates back to 1960. Many other improvements have been made on the ranch including a waterside deck with stairs to access the river. This spot is a wonderful place to have lunch or read a book when you tire of reeling in fish after fish. The Silence family is happy to partner with Expedition Outside and host anglers at their lovely riverside property.
