How do I get started?
Simple, go to our Get Started page. Create an account with a User Name, Email Address and Password. Click on the confirmation email we will send you. Then start shopping and booking a private property for fly fishing access.
Does Expedition Outside sell data?
No. Expedition Outside in no way sells data from our customers to any 3rd party.
What if I’d like to list my property?
An Expedition Outside Outside dedicated account manager will reachout to you directly. We pride ourselves on the support our landowners receive both in property management and establishing realistic market rates. Is there a membership fee associated with Expedition Outside?
No, none, Zero. Expedition does not charge any membership fee for our customers either the landowners and/or adventurers.
Is insurance provided for my property if I choose to list it for usage?
Yes, Expedition Outside has an insurance policy thru Hardford. We are happy to discuss our packages with any interested landowners. Please contact us directly.
What activities may I allow on my properties?
Ex-Out staff work directly with the appropriate landowners to identify which fly fishing related activities will result in the best return for the owners as well as the most desirable for our angling users. However, owners if desired may allow any activity which is legal according the all federal, state and local laws. Ex-Out can also provide advice and guidance.
How do landowners identify the appropriate price for land access and usage?
Ex-Out has internal data and resources which facilate the property propertly being priced at an attractive and competitive number. Furthermore, each property will have a dedicated account manager who will work directly with the owners to attractively price each property. Our large base of properties help capture resonable rates while also securing significant rewards for both the owners and anglers. However, as will all properties the property owners are the final decision makers on all pricing matters.
