Driving from downtown Pagosa Springs take Main Street West until S 8th Street (Natural Grocers will be visible).  Turn South on 8th St heading directly towards Pagosa High School for 0.6 miles.  At the intersection of 8th St and Apache Street (La Plata Electric Association will be at this intersection) turn right on Apache Street.  Apache street turns into CR 500, remain on this for 21.6 miles. You will reach the parking destination just prior to cross San Juan River Bridge.  Park at the designated field on the north end of the river, please don’t come into the fenced areas which include the home and agriculture fields. Park and begin fishing, a Expedition Outside on the East stretch of the property designates the upper river boundary of the property.  You may fish downriver underneath the bridge which marks the furthest downriver property boundary.
